whats the TT.net SN of the companies representative because I barely have ever heard of them. I think Harry also has a valid point about the thrust bearinf being replaced and the validaty of a "truely new"CHRA being questionable. Only way you will resolve the turbo issue is to get them off and inspect them. Second, the fact that SGP did NOT complete your work you paid them for is reason enough to complain. If I were you since you got the turbos from someone else SGP has a ligitamate argument as to why they are not responsible. They do need to complete the work they were paid for though. So,since you need your engine out ask them if they would take like half the charge for getting the engine out. Then you could get your turbos off and they could complete the work they didn't do. If the turbos are the issue then I would go after AMZ and get reimbursment for tha labor you had to pay for. I personally think you should change your oil to regular oil and see what the burning behavior is. Synthetic burns to clean and you can't see when its always burning. With conventional you'll probably see your burning during boosting and idle also.
